Quality Assurance Policy
Every batch of Lucky Cement Block Works products passes through our in-house testing laboratory, covering compressive strength, tensile splitting, transverse and flexural strength, water absorption, abrasion resistance, and solid content testing, in line with our IS 15658:2006 (CM/L-7600032309) and IS 5820:1970 (CM/L-7600033909) certifications and our ISO 9001:2008 quality management accreditation. Raw materials are sourced and inspected prior to production, and finished goods are checked against dimensional tolerance before dispatch. Any product found to deviate from stated specification at the time of delivery will be assessed under our Warranty & Returns terms.
Warranty & Returns
Lucky Cement Block Works products are manufactured to IS 15658:2006 and IS 5820:1970 tolerances and are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and batch details; our technical team will inspect and determine whether replacement, credit, or repair is appropriate. This warranty does not cover damage from improper handling, incorrect sub-base preparation, incorrect grade selection for the intended traffic load, or normal wear. Returns on custom-coloured or made-to-order bulk/project quantities are handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed in the purchase order.
